Just HOW does one go about getting into one of Paula%26#39;s Cooking Classes in Savannah? Contact #s or any direct information would be appreciated. I have spent considerable time on websites by searching for ';Paula Deen Cooking School'; and now know how to sign up for culinary schools all over the globe...but not the information I am seeking! Thanks so oooo much! Fran
Paula Deen Cooking Classes
Have you tried Paula%26#39;s web site? Go to www.pauladeen.com and that should bring up all you need to know. I do know her classes fill up months in advance.
Paula Deen Cooking Classes
Thank you so much, Foggybottom! I should have known it would eventually be something simple....dum ole me! Fran
I called the main number listed for the restaurant and was informed that ';Paula Deen%26#39;s Cooking School'; does not exist ';at this time.'; Oh well. There is another highly respected chef in Savannah who is currently teaching a cooking class (about $80.00 per person) at the Mansion at Forsyth Park. Anyone have any feedback about this cooking class?

The cooking classes at the Mansion are great! Go for it!!!! Even if Paula had classes, I would pick these over her%26#39;s any day! I would also pick the Mansion to dine at, over Lady and Son%26#39;s any day as well!
DITTO! I and two friends are looking for a Paula Deen class in Savannah this summer and if anyone hears anything about it please let me know.
Me and two friends are trying to find out when Paula Deen is having a cooking class this summer in Savannah. Has anyone any knowlege of one?
Check her website but I believe Paula%26#39;s Savannah-based cooking classes are a thing of the past. She can make more $$ by traveling to large cities and selling hundreds of tickets in an arena setting. Next weekend she%26#39;s scheduled to make appearances on her yee-haw road show in Atlanta.
If it%26#39;s a real cooking class you%26#39;re looking for whilst in Savannah, I recommend the cooking school at the Mansion on Forsyth. It%26#39;s also one of the highest-rated activities here, for both locals and tourists. Chef Darrin puts on a show in an intimate professional setting, and he knows his stuff. Paula Deen can%26#39;t come close to his knowledge and expertise. But she does like to drop her pants onstage and use an obscenity-laced vocabulary, the likes of which Chef Darrin will thankfully never try. (it%26#39;s called character).
Ditto Foggy!,
My opinion from eating at Lady and Sons 3 times hoping the next would be better and the low ratings . If I where going to a cooking class I would go to learn what I was going for . If I want a comedian I will pull out my DVD of the '; Cable Guy'; charm is one thing . Sorry Paula I think you have spread the butter a little to thin maybe you should go back to the restaurant that made you?
Capt!!!!!
Have you ever thought of a comedy show? thats killer! The late night shows will more than likely use it!HAHAHA
