Sans Boutique Hotel and Suites BEWARE!

As some of the readers on here read I had heard about this place it was close to the Highway and a pretty good rate so I made a reservation on the way to St Augustine then.... it all went down hill.

First I tried to make a reservation online and I got a error AFTER I PUT MY CREDIT CARD INFO IN . So the site said call and I did so I checked on everything no problem until I said ';when will I get my confirmation'; They said yes here is the number .... I asked when would I get it in witting they said '; In a short time';

I waited and waited more, than a week went by and nothing I called and asked where is my confirmation they said ';Mr Patel the manager will send it'; and I waited nothing !!!I am sorry I do not know the person who gave me the numbers and I can make up numbers also 123456 ( not saying that they did) so whats the problem that person may not be working there next week.

So I decided to cancel the reservation so I called and told them what I wanted they said here is the cancellation number... again nothing in writing . I called 3 times since and asked for the manager they always ask my name and come back to the phone after about 30 seconds and say'; he is not here '; Seems like they are screening the calls.

Still nothing in writing I asked the last call do you not have internet? And was hung up on

I would stay AWAY FROM this place something is going on that does not seem the same as any '; other Hotel';

Report these jokers to the Better Business Bureau, AAA, and the Savannah Chamber of Commerce/ Convention and Visitors Bureau.

In my life I have never asked for and only once or twice have I been sent a confirmation number in writing and I have never had a problem. I don%26#39;t thionk most places are even set up to do that. They were probably trying to get their manager to write a letter. It is unprofessional I agree but hardly worth a BEWARE heading, in my opinion.

I hope you didn%26#39;t just miss out on a great stay over this little detail.

I guess you have been lucky every';other'; place that I have stayed at which has been alot in my travels has given me written confirmation either way . Today with people stealing Credit card info and over charging and interest rates rising I think we should all be up on this and how easily it could happen.
