We are planning to take a day trip or two to Savannah while we%26#39;re in Hilton Head this summer. I%26#39;d like to take a walking tour, or maybe even a driving tour, if it allowed you to stop, get out and look at some sights. My husband is an avid amateur photographer; he takes pictures of EVERYTHING. Are there any tours that are photography focused, or at least photography tolerant?

There are trolley tours with on/off privileges. If you want a better look or want some time to get good pics, just hop off then wait for the next trolley. There are walking tours but I have not heard of any that are photog specific.

When you get to town, stop in at the visitors center at MLK and Liberty, lots of info there on the different tours.

Thanks. Are there any areas of Savannah that are not safe for walking around and taking photos. I%26#39;ve heard that Bonaventure Cemetary is best visited in groups. Are thre other spots?
