Best Hotel and days for Aquarium, Coca Cola, and CNN tour

I%26#39;m in Atlanta May 16. What is the handiest hotel near the Aquarium?

What timing should I use to see the Aquarium, Coca Cola museum, and the CNN tour?

Sunday and Monday are wide open, and can do any times.

I have wheels but don%26#39;t want to drive too far.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

The Omni, Glenn Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn or Embassy Suites would be perfect.

As far as timing goes, plan on seeing the Aquarium Monday morning to avoid the crowds. You can do the others Sunday. Be sure to get out of that downtown area, though, as Atlanta has much more to offer and that touristy triangle isn%26#39;t really indicative of what the city%26#39;s all about.

It%26#39;s dying by slow degrees, and has been since it re-opened two decades ago. There%26#39;s really nothing much of interest there anymore. If you liked it in the past, enjoy the memories and don%26#39;t sully them with a return visit. If you didn%26#39;t like it in the past, you%26#39;re almost guaranteed to like it less now.
