Does anyone know, if you book a hotel through Priceline name your own price, can you still earn the hotel points through their program?

Priceline%26#39;s rules are that you cannot. Whether you can sweet-talk the hotel when you arrive is another issue. See here:

Hotel prices are pretty good on Expedia and similar sites, and they allow you to select your room type and earn rewards points. Plus, you can cancel or change your reservation if something comes up. The reason I don%26#39;t like Priceline as much is its finality.

We have not earned points for the stay, but we%26#39;ve earned points with incidentals.
